Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
  
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
  

Return Process:

1. Email us at support.angelcraft@gmail.com with order number and issue.
   
2. Attach clear images of the item and packaging.
   
3. We will review and approve return within 2 working days.
   

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.
  
• COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
  

Exchange:

We currently do not offer exchanges.
